Configure Accountable Directors

Define a list of users with the authority to act as an accountable director, and be legally responsible for the Policy.

Accountable Directors

To configure a list of Accountable Directors go to Administration -> Apps -> Modules -> Policies -> Configuration.    

1. Select Configure Accountable Directors. The following view will be presented:

2. Add New Director. The following view will be presented:

3. Enter an appropriate name for the director and click Add User to select from a list of Easysite users.

Note: Directors must be in a group that has at least the Author Content and Manage Policies privileges.

4. Click Save.
