Define a list of users with the authority to approve a policy.
Policy Approvers
To configure a list of potential policy approvers go to Administration -> Apps -> Modules -> Policies -> Configuration.
1. Select Policy Approvers. The following view will be presented:
2. Add New Members. The following view will be presented:
3. Check to add the appropriate user(s), and click Use Selected Users.
Note: the users must be in a group that must have at least the Author Content and Manage Policies privileges.
4. Click Finished.
