The Preamble Form acts as a cover sheet, and is presented when a Policy is viewed by an end user. If required, add fields to the Preamble Form.
Preamble Form Fields
To configure Preamble Form go to Administration -> Modules -> Policies -> Configuration.
1. Select Configure Preamble Form. The following view will be presented:
2. Click Add New Field.The following view will be presented:
3. Edit/configure:
Field Name
Enter an appropriate label for the field.
Is Mandatory
Check if required.
4. Click Save. Repeat as required.
Note: if required, the Preamble may be previewed via the Preview Preamble Form option.
