Viewing acceptance, outstanding acceptance and referral rates for a Policy as a percentage.
Management reports
To view User access & acceptance levels go to Administration -> Policies -> Management Reports.
1. Select the appropriate report. The following view will be presented:
2. Click the policy name or policy number to view details of groups.
3. Click the group name to view details of individual users.
