Adding Questions to a Quiz

Adding questions and incorporating images, videos and answer insights to the Quiz module.

Quiz Question Element  

Once a quiz has been saved, the following view will be presented:

 

1.  Drag and drop the Quiz Question element onto the appropriate location.

Note: you can add as many questions to your quiz as you want and change the order of the questions by dragging them around in this view.

2.  Click Configure -> Question Details. The following view will be presented:

3  Edit/configure:

Internal Name           

Enter an identifier for the quiz question.

Question                     

Enter the question the user will be asked.

Answer Insight                

Enter a clue for the user.

Optional Question Image   (With reference to an image) 

Click Launch Asset Browser to open the Asset Browser to select an image or video clip. Questions such as: Who is this?  is an example of using this feature.                                            

Note: adding an asset exposes the following option:

      Select an appropriate position. 

5.  Select Update Questions Details to save the question you have added.

6.  Click Manage Answers. The following view will be presented:

Answer                 

Enter a possible answer to the question.

Correct Answer?     

Check this box if you want the answer to be the actual correct response to the question. 

8.  Once the answer has been added click Save Answer. 

Note: the list of answers can be reordered by using the up and down arrows: 

9. Click Complete.
