Assigning privileges
Go to Administration -> People -> Groups:
1. Select the required Group and click Privileges.
2. From the drop down box, select the Modules category:
3. Check the required options:
Manage Search Framework - allows the user to configure the Search Framewor
4. Click Save and then Finished.
