Add a Tag Cloud
Go to Administration -> Apps -> Modules -> Tag Clouds. The following view will be presented:

2. Edit/configure:
Name
Enter an appropriate name for the tag cloud.
Description
Enter an appropriate description for the tag cloud.
Categories
Click Select categories to expose the following view:
Click to select the appropriate categories, and click Add selected and OK.
Note: the categories will be displayed as the Tags in the Tag Cloud.
Sort Order
Select the appropriate option.
Sort Direction
Select the appropriate option.
Weighting
Select the appropriate option:
Tagged pages: this is the total number of pages that have been 'tagged' by being categorised within each category.
Page hits: the sum of the page hits for pages tagged as belonging to one of the selected categories.
Results page
Categories displayed within the tag cloud will link through to a results page when selected. Click change to select an appropriate results page.
Note: this page must contain the Search results page element.
Display categories with no results
if required, check to include categories with no matching pages within the tag cloud.
3. Click Save.
Editing a Tag Cloud
Go to Administration -> Apps -> Modules -> Tag Cloud. The following view will be presented:
1. Select the appropriate tag cloud, and edit as detailed above.
Activating a Tag Cloud
To activate a Tag Cloud go to Administration -> Apps -> Modules -> Tag Clouds.
1. Check to activate the appropriate Tag Cloud and click Update.
Force Tag Cloud Data Refresh
To refresh the Data within a Tag Cloud go to Administration -> Apps -> Modules -> Tag Clouds.
1. Click Force Tag Cloud Data Refresh.
