Refer a Friend is used in regard to restricted content. The element sends a recommendation that a user should register with a site in order to access the restricted content.
Refer a Friend Page element
1. Drag and Drop the Refer A Friend element to the appropriate place on the page or template:

Heading Text Message
Create text which will be displayed above the element on the page.
Registration URL
Enter the URL of the page the recipient is to be sent to.
Show sender details
Check to expose sender details to the recipient.
Message Body
Enter explanatory text which will be sent to the recipient.
