Vacancy Permissions

Using permissions to enable users to view and edit instances of the Vacancies module.

Assigning Permissions

To assign permissions go to Administration -> Apps -> Modules -> Vacancies and select the appropriate vacancy list.

    

1 .Click Permissions. The following view will be presented:

2. Use the Filter Groups drop down to view Unassigned Groups then check to add the appropriate permissions to the relevant groups.

Note: read permission allows users to view vacancies when presented in list form. This includes the site search results and any RSS feeds containing data from the vacancy lists.

Write permission allows authors to add vacancies to the list.

3. Select Save, and then Finish.
