Sharing

Assets can be exposed to other sites in the installation by Sharing categories.

Note: Permissions must be applied to the categories on the other site(s) in order for the assets to be visible to users.

Category Properties

To share an Asset Category go to Administration -> Content -> Assets -> Asset Categories.

1. Click to select the appropriate category and click Properties and then Sharing. The following view will be presented:
