Editing, resizing and cropping an existing Asset via the Administration interface.
Editing an Asset
To edit an asset go to Administration -> Content -> Assets.
1. Click to select the appropriate asset and click edit. Edit the asset as required based on type.
Manipulate
To manipulate an asset go to Administration -> Assets -> Assets.
1. Click to select the appropriate asset and click Edit.
2. Click Manipulate. The following view will be presented:
3. Edit/configure:
Resize
Drag the handle at the bottom right of the image or enter Width and Height values to resize the image, and click Ok.
Crop
Drag any of the side to crop the image and click Ok.
Orientate
Flip or rotate the image as required and click Ok.
Text
Add text to the image as required and click Ok
Create Thumbnail
A window will be placed over the asset. Drag this window to the required location and click Ok.
Note: when adding the asset to a page select a custom which corresponds to Thumbnail. The cropped version of the asset will be displayed. Clicking the asset will then show the full. version.
4. Click Save. Alternatively click Save As to create a copy of the asset.
5 Click Publish.
