Assets may be reported as inappropriate by System Users and Public Users (via an element such as User Gallery). Administrators may view Reported Assets via Reports.
Report comments
To report an asset go to Administration -> Content -> Assets.
1. Click to select the appropriate asset and click Feedback.
2. Click Report. The following view will be presented:

4. Add an appropriate reason and click submit.
Managing reported assets
To manage a reported asset go to Administration -> Content -> Assets.
1. Click to select the appropriate asset and click Feedback.
2. Click Report. The following view will be presented:
3. Select the appropriate option:
Deactivate
Deactivate will remove hide the Asset until reactivated.
Reply
Replay will send feedback to the user reporting the Asset.
Ignore
Ignore will remove the report.
Note: all options will provide the Administrator with the option to send feedback to the user who reported the Asset:
4. Enter an appropriate response and, if required, cc the site administrator.
