Manage Page Variants

Variants may be used to create multiple versions of a single page. These versions could be, for example, location specific.

Add New Variant  

To add a new variant go to Administration -> Content -> Pages ->Variants. The following view will be presented:

1. Click Add New Variant. The following view will be presented:

2. Edit/configure:

Name

Enter an appropriate name for the variant

URL

Enter the URL of the page where the variant is to exist.

Visibility

Select whether the variant is visible to all, or restricted to users viewing selected other variants

Language

Select the appropriate option.

3. Click Save.

Adding Content to a Variant

To add content select the appropriate variant from the Control Bar:

1. Edit the content as required.

2. If required add the Variant Switcher element to allow end users to select a variant.
