Applying scheduling rules to a template. Scheduling is applied via Offsets - I.E. the number of days from publication of a page.
Templates
Click on the Scheduling tab and the following options will be presented:
1. Edit/configure:
Go Live Date Offset (days)
Enter the number of days from publication that a page using the template will go live.
Go Live Time (hh:mm)
Enter an appropriate time for a page using the template to go live.
Review Date Offset (days)
Enter the number of days from publication that a page using the template will require review.
Review Schedule
If required, select an appropriate Review Schedule for the page. Review Schedules allow for the selection of reviewers and the creation of an escalation process if the page is not reviewed within a given times frame.
Expiration Date Offset (days)
Enter the number of days from publication that a page using the template will Expire and be hidden from end users.
Expiration Date Offset (hh:mm)
Enter an appropriate time for a page using the template to expire.
Deletion Date Offset
Enter the number of days from publication that a page using the template will be deleted.
Go Premium Date Offset (days)
Enter the number of days from publication that a restricted page using the template will be exposed to anonymous users via the navigation.
Relocate Date Offset (days)
Enter the number of days from publication that a page using the template will be relocated.
Relocate to
Once the relocation date is reached the page will be relocated as a child of the selected page.
