Manage Extended Structure

Extended structure allows custom fields, which are populated as part of the Organisation record, to be created.

Adding Organisations

To add a member type, go to People -> Membership -> Organisations. The following view will be presented:

1. Select Template

Supplementary fields may be divided into Tabs, with each Tab having a dedicated level of access.

2. Configure the Default tab:

3. Edit/configure:


Enter an appropriate label for the Tab.

Access type

Select the required option. Note:

  • Public means any user able to view the record may view the content of the tab.
  • Private means system users may view the Tab and its contents.
  • Administrator means only users with the Membership Administrator privilege may view the tab and its contents

4. Drag and drop the required elements:
