General

To add new Users go to Administration -> People -> Users.

1. Click Add. the following view will be presented:

1. Enter the appropriate user details and click Save.

2. if required configure the following options:

  • LocationAdd information relating to one or more location for an Easysite User.
  • AccountAdding additional user information to a user account.
  • GroupsAdding a user account to a group via the Users interface.
  • FormsViewing forms a user has completed.
  • AdvancedAdvanced may be used to configure User preferences, such as Language or Locale. In addition, Advanced is used to allow automatic login by IP address and to enable Bot access to restricted content.
