The Uploaded File element allows a document to be browsed for and attached to the User records. The file may be added by an Administrator or by the user themselves via the My Account element. An example of the Uploaded File element is use is:

1. Drag and drop the Uploaded file element onto the template. The following view will be presented:
2. Edit/configure:
Label
Enter an appropriate label for the element.
Help Text
If required enter helper text, which provides information on how to populate the field.
Required
If appropriate, check to make the element a mandatory field.
Display as
Select how the data in the field is to be presented when viewed by an end user.
Edit as
Select how the data in the field is to be presented when edited.
3. Click Save.
