To create a new Registration Form go to Administration -> People -> Users -> Manage Registration Forms.
Add
1. Click Add. The following view will be presented:

Form Name
The From Name is an internal reference, enter an appropriate name for the form.
Legend Name
Enter an appropriate legend for the form. Note: the legend is the on screen name for the form.
Limit Submissions
If required check to apply a maximum number of submissions the form will accept.
Submissions Limit
Enter the maximum allowable submissions.
Submissions Limit Recycle Period (days)
If required enter a timescale - for example 7 days - after which the form will resume allowing submissions.
Submissions This Period
This figure is for information and will auto-populate. Note: if required the data may be removed by selecting Clear.
Prevent form submissions sending emails
The Registration element may be configured to notify administrators that a user has registered. If appropriate check to prevent emails being sent.
Allow Paging on Validation Errors
By default a user can not proceed to the next page of a paginated form without completing all mandatory fields on the current page. Allow paging allows the user to navigate freely through the form.
3. Click Next. The following view will be presented:
Note: the registration form automatically generates account specific fields such as username and password. If required use Forms elements to capture supplementary information.
4. Click Save and then Finished. The following view will be presented:
