The Pages By Empty Alt / Longdesc Image Attribute report displays a list of pages containing Assets without Alternate text or a Long Description.
Reports
To view the pages with empty alternate text or long descriptions go to Administration -> Reports -> Authoring.
1. Select Pages By Empty Alt / Longdesc Image Attribute. The following view will be presented:
2. Edit/configure:
Page Status
If required, select the appropriate option:
Archived
Refers to the last published Version of a page.
Live
Refers to current Live pages.
Working Draft
Refer to pages which are in the process of being edited, but are not yet Live.
Note: subsequently deleted pages will not display a page title.
3. Click Search.
Export Report
To export the data select Export Report.
1. Select the appropriate format and click Export.
