Creating a new Locale in order to display location specific multi-lingual content.
Associate locales
To create a new locale go to Administration -> Setup -> Languages -> Locales.
1. Click Create Locale. The following view will be presented:
2. Edit/configure:
Language
From the list of installed Languages, select the required language for the Locale.
Region
From the list of available Regions, select the required Region for the Locale.
3. Click Save.
