When a Moderator receives notification that approval is required for a Workflow step, the notification contains a gateway link allowing the Moderator to login and be forwarded to the appropriate page. Options allows for a login page to be selected.
Workflow Defaults
To select an Interim Login page go to Administration -> Setup -> Workflow -> Options -> Workflow Configuration. The following will be presented:

Incoming Authentication Page
Select the appropriate authentication page.
Note: the selected page must contain a Login element.
