Transitions add additional functionality into Workflow and are typically used as part of the Cross Site Publishing module and Locales.

Workflow transitions

To define Transitions go to Administration -> Setup -> Workflow -> Transitions.

1. Click Add. The following view will be presented:

2. Edit/Configure:


Enter an appropriate title for the Transition. This will identify the Transition when it is selected for addition to a Workflow.


If required, enter an appropriate description for the Transition.

3. Click Manage Tasks. The following view will be presented:

4. Drag and drop the required Element:
