How its done

Go to Administration -> Data Exchange -> Packages. Click New Package. Enter an appropriate Package Name.
Drag and drop the Data Transfer Task onto the Package Tasks field.
Click Configure and for the Source Plugin select Filtered Form Builder Data Source. From the Form drop down choose the appropriate Form. If required, filter the export by Date From and Date To dates or by optional filter. Click Next.
Select an appropriate Key Field and Hash Fields. Click Next.
From the Target Plugin drop down select XML Data Target and add appropriate field names (separated with ¬). Enter an appropriate download key and file name. Click Next.
Map the elements within the Directory to the appropriate field names within the XML file. Click Next.
Enter an appropriate name for the task itself. Click Finish.
Click Save.
