How its done

Go to Administration -> Data Exchange -> Packages. Click on "New Package". Enter an appropriate Package Name .
Drag and drop a Data Transfer Task onto the Package Tasks field.
Click Configure and for Source Plugin select "Eshop Product Raw Data Source". Click Next.
Select an appropriate Key Field and Hash Fields. (Note: there are only two fields. Key and ProductXML). Click Next.
For the Target Plugin drop down choose "XML Data Target". Then add in the field names (separated with ¬). Enter an appropriate download key, and file name in the OutputFileName. Click Next.
Map the elements within the Directory to the field names within the XML file. Click Next.
Enter an appropriate name for the task itself. Click Finish.
Click to Save the Data Exchange Package.
