How its done

Create and populate an appropriate Directory.
Go to Administration -> Data exchange - > Packages.
Click on "New Package", and enter an appropriate package name. If required select a time in the "Schedule to run after" option.
Drag a Data Transfer Task onto the page, and click Configure.
Select the Directory Builder Data Source, and then select the appropriate directory. Click Next.
Select the appropriate Key Field, and Hash fields. Click Next.
Select the Event Calendar Import Target Plugin and select the appropriate event category. Click Next.
Map the required Directory elements to the elements of the Event Calendar. Click Next.
Enter an appropriate Task Name and if required select Incremental Mode. Click on Finish.
Click on Save.
