Editing written content
The Content Editor displays written content on an Easysite page. Type or paste content into the Content Editor:
Formatting written content
A number of tools exist to enable written content to be formatted:
Undo changes to written content.
Redo changes to written content.
Allows the author to apply paragraph font or subheadings to highlighted text. Note that Subheadings should be used to structure the content of the page, as in a written document as opposed to being used as a formatting.
Allows the author to apply bold, italic, underline, superscript, enlarge text size, reduce text size, subscript, change font and background colours, or remove formatting from highlighted text.
Allows the author to justify, indent and add bullets and numbered lists to content.
Allows the author create a new link or unlink an existing link.
Allows the author to create a table, add a symbol from a palette of elements which may not be available via the keyboard, insert lines into the text, add semantic tags to further describe content or insert tokens into text.
If installed the Markup icon allows the user to edit the underlying HTML of the content editor.
