Page Explorer

Page Explorer provides authors and administrators with a range of page authoring tools.

Explore

Select the Page Explorer:

The following view will be presented:

Page explorer statuses

The status of the page is indicated by the icon next to the page name: 

Page statuses
 Icon colour  Page status
 Blue  Page is live
 Blue/green  Page is in the process of being edited or a saved draft exists
 Yellow  In workflow and requiring approval


Right clicking on the name of page exposes the following options:

Edit

Select Edit to edit the content of the selected page.

New...

Select New to create a new page.

Copy

Copy allows the author to create a duplicate of a page in another location.

Share

Share allows page content to be shared to other sites within your Easysite solution. When the original page is edited and updated, all shared copies of the page are automatically kept in-sync, allowing a page to be re-used as required and wherever needed.

2. Select the appropriate option:
