Decision based comments allow an administrator to present a question during the comment process, for example:
The user must answer in a selected way before adding a comment. To configure options related to decision based comments go to:
- Content -> Pages -> Options -> Setup
- Content -> Assets -> Options -> Setup
- Setup -> Site
- System -> Configuration
Select Site, and then Apps -> Modules -> Comments and ratings -> Comments -> Decision based:
1. Edit/configure:
Enable decision based comments
Check if required.
Question
Define the question the end user must answer before commenting.
Comment label for yes
Enter appropriate text.
Comment label for no
Enter appropriate text.
2. Click Save.
