An administrator may configure CAPTCHA options for comments, and whether to allow anonymous users to comment on page.
To configure these options go to:
- Content -> Pages -> Options -> Setup
- Content -> Assets -> Options -> Setup
- Setup -> Site
- System -> Configuration
Select Site, and then Apps -> Modules -> Submissions:
1. Edit/configure:
Allow anonymous (logged out) users to add comments
Check if required.
