Administrators may configure the page a user is taken to view search results, and enable Synonym Rings and Global searches. To these options go to:
- Content -> Pages -> Options -> Setup
- Content -> Assets -> Options -> Setup
- Setup -> Site
- System -> Configuration
Select Site, and then Apps -> Modules -> Search:
1. Edit/configure:
Default search page
Click Choose to select the page which will display the search results for site. Note this page must contain the Search element.
Default Directory Page
Click Choose to select the page which will display the search results for Directories on the site. Note this page must contain the Search element.
Allow Global Site Search
If the installation contains multi sub-sites, click if the search is to search across all sites in the installation.
Use Synonym Rings
Synonym rings allow searched terms to be linked together. If required, check to enable.
