Archiving allows an Asset to be marked as archived and moved into an alternative category. Archiving allows an Administrator to define a message which is presented when an Asset which is pending archiving is viewed in the Asset Manager.
Archive
To configure Archive go to
- Content -> Pages -> Options -> Setup
- Content -> Assets -> Options -> Setup
- Setup -> Site
- System -> Configuration
Select System -> Assets -> Management -> Archive:
1. Enter an appropriate message.
2. Click Save.
