Owner allows an Administrator to enforce the recording of an Asset Owner and to control the formatting of the Owner name.
Owner
To configure Owner go to
- Content -> Pages -> Options -> Setup
- Content -> Assets -> Options -> Setup
- Setup -> Site
- System -> Configuration
Select Site -> Assets -> Management -> Owner:
1. Edit/configure:
Display format
Select which fields from the user account information should be used to represent the owner details.
Owner is mandatory
If this option is selected an asset can not be saved unless an owner is selected.
