Page review

Administrators may elect to enforce page reviews. and configure rules relating to notifications and time periods. 

Note: Page reviews may be used in conjunction with Review Schedules.

Content review

To configure reviews go to:

  • Content -> Pages -> Options -> Setup      
  • Content -> Assets -> Options -> Setup   
  • Setup -> Site    
  • System -> Configuration


Select Site, and then Pages -> Review -> Page review:

1. Edit/configure:    

Enforce page review    

If required, check to force authors to add a review date to their page via the Scheduling tab.   

Review period (days)

If required, enter a default review period which is assigned to all pages after an edit.

Review notification

Select which user(s) should receive the review notification. By default this is the last modified user, or the nominated users in the case of a review schedule.

Reminder notification

Select which user(s) should receive a reminder if a review is not completed. By default this is the last modified user, or the nominated users in the case of a review schedule.

Reminder period (days)

Enter the number of days after the review date after which the reminder is sent.
