Outgoing emails

Outgoing emails ("From")

Administrators may configure the name and email address that outgoing emails are received from.

To access Outgoing emails from to go to:

  • Content -> Pages -> Options -> Setup 
  • Content -> Assets -> Options -> Setup
  • Setup -> Site 
  • System -> Configuration


Select System, and then Notifications -> Outgoing emails from:

Outgoing emails from configuration

1. Edit/configure:

First name

Enter the required name.

Last name

Enter the required name.

Email

Enter the email address that notifications should be received from. This does not have to be a personal email address, but does have to be a valid email address.

2. Click Save.
