Users allows administrators to manage audit trails and password configuration.


To access Users to go to:

  • Content -> Pages -> Options -> Setup   
  • Content -> Assets -> Options -> Setup 
  • Setup -> Site 
  • System -> Configuration

Select System, and then People -> Users:

1. Select the required function:

In this section...

  • ActivityConfigure retention periods for audit trails, search results and visits by end users.
  • New usersConfigure rules regarding duplicate email addresses and visibility of users in the Membership module.
  • PasswordsConfigure rules relating to password strength and expiry periods.
  • ProfanityConfigure a list of words which may not be used in user names or in the Discussion forum module.
