Audit trail

Users allows administrators to configure retention periods for user activity data. This data may be viewed via the Activity report.

To access Audit trail to go to:    

  • Content -> Pages -> Options -> Setup   
  • Content -> Assets -> Options -> Setup   
  • Setup -> Site    
  • System -> Configuration

Select System, and then People -> Activity -> Audit trail:

1. Edit/configure:    

Log action for (days) 

Enter the number of days for which records of user activity should be retained.    

Exclude failed automatic login attempts       

If required, check to exclude unsuccessful single sign on attempts from the audit trail.
