Users allows administrators to configure retention periods for visitor traffic data.. This data may be viewed via the Stats report.

To access Users to go to:
- Content -> Pages -> Options -> Setup
- Content -> Assets -> Options -> Setup
- Setup -> Site
- System -> Configuration
Select System, and then People -> Activity -> Users:
1. Edit/configure:
Log all visits (Including general public)
Check if required.
Maximum raw log period (days)
Enter the number of days for which detailed data will be available for. To view this data select the Show detailed data option in the Stats report.
