Page Lister: Renamed and functionality extended

Description

The existing Easysite 6.5 Page Lister element has been renamed the Lister element and the mark-up has been extended to allow additional CSS styling, but otherwise behaves the identically to the previous Page Lister element.
The existing themes will still function and new classes are available for future CSS styling.
