Many issues referred to our Service Desk are resolved by changing the configuration of the function. This decision tree illustrates a number of key checks which could be made before reporting an incident. By completing these checks you may resolve the issue without referring to the Service Desk:

A number of Easysite functions require the user to be logged on before they can use the feature. For example, users need to logged on to manage their subscriptions to mailing lists, to create BuildSocial pages or to post on a discussion board.

Please consult the appropriate help article to determine whether the user needs to be logged on.

If applicable, ensure the user is logged on.
